All these things look alike but I think you are correct if you mean Utilimaster as maker. Model probably is Aeromaster http://www.utilimaster.com/walkin.html The configuration of the lights is correct and that is usually about the only difference in them.

Probably is a custom body on a Chevy or GMC chassis.

Is Utilimaster a genuine manufacturer or rather a coachbuilder? I think all the other step vans were placed under their chassis/engine manufacturers name.

I think they just build custom bodies and not engines or chassis. According to their website they use many different body/chassis combinations for the Aeromaster. Identifying a particular chassis/engine for a particular van would probably not be possible.

I think that Grumman also used both ford and chevrolet chassis/engine and only built custom bodies.

I know they used that body style in the early '90s so it makes it hard to pinpoint a year.
