16 of them means a lot of them?  and besides i'll never understand the excuse of "we have a lot of them", i find it so stupìd we don't list cars by the number of them we have listed already, i'd understand that it's a bit too background, or hidden, but not "we have a lot of them". |

Apparently not, and 500 were built, and sold, for civilian use, which were not, strictly speaking, FV1801A as they used the Austin A90 engine, not the Rolls-Royce B4. I am not aware of any visual differences. Ex Wiki: “The only other forces to use the Champ were the Royal Marines who had 30 and the Australian Army who bought 400 new and about the same number of ex-British Army ones.
