"North Shore" c'est une marque? Ou c'est juste un type de bus / ville dont dépend le bus ? |

This might be a late 1940s Pullman bus. I can't find this model but they made trolleys and buses that had real flat fronts like this one. -- Last edit: 2006-04-19 22:48:50 |

I think it highly unlikely, to say the least, that this is a Leyland Royal Tiger, much less one designed for Cuba. This is Washington DC, surely? Apart from 'heritage' double-deckers for tourists or advertising I bet you'd be pushed to find a Leyland bus in the USA even now, never mind in 1952. |

Thas is not a Leyland. Is a REO from USA model 96HT. Year 1946/47. I am 100% sure. In youtube, in History of Buses volume 4, you can to see a REO. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMvOz4K2wG0 Chile had 100 REO whit Continental Motor. http://galeria.chilebuses.cl/details.php?image_id=5641&mode=search |
