I would say a GMC CC 102 from ca. 1941. |

1941-42 CC-Series or 1946-47 EC-Series indeed. Without possibility to differentiate the models. CC-102 indicates a ½-ton truck made on a 125¼"/3.18 m wheelbase. But it would then be impossible to distinguish a CC-102 from a ¾-ton CC-152, as both trucks share the same specs. And from what can be seen, it could also be a ½-ton CC-101 made on the 115"/2.92 m wheelbase. Anyway, and whatever the wheelbase length is, 101, 102 and 152 are part of the factory code. The accurate name of this truck is CC-100 ("short" or "long" as unofficial) or CC-150. As nothing in this picture really help to say a model over another, I think it's better to just identify it as CC-Series. |
