There's not really much to go on here. I saw the full trailer and it had all-black door handles, so it's a 1999+ model.

All three of your thumbnails contain a 2003-2004 Commercial Taxi Package LWB model.

antp, is the taxi in this scene the same one?:

Because if it is, the grille would suggest that it's a 2001+ model (if it's not a replacement piece anyways).

Indeed, I did not paid attention to the fact that the front was visible there. For the headrest, on the other hand, I doubt they were visible.
