Also noticed a little badge behind the rear door. Grille sort of looks chrome in the third thumbnail so maybe either a Mulsanne S (which replaced the original Mulsanne model by this point) or an Eight. dsl ◊ 2012-10-12 21:31	Yes Mulsanne S replaced ordinary Mulsanne Oct 87 (I missed that line of info in Glass's entry); S is listed as having first version of Turbo R bodywork from the start, so if ordinary body this is Eight, if pimped Mulsanne S or if further pimped the Jan 89 onwards Turbo R with sill extensions, front dam, and standard alloys. Winged boot badge excludes the earlier Turbo R. I'll leave you to peer into the gloom and decode this one ...
G-MANN ◊ 2012-10-12 21:33	I think the Turbo R was still the most produced model. 'Ordinary body' was originally Mulsanne in 1980, Eight was brought out as a few years later as an entry-level model, then Turbo R replaced the Mulsanne Turbo. -- Last edit: 2012-10-12 21:36:20
