We knew this model as an A60 ute. This shape with the A50 sheetmetal carried on into the 1960s after the sedans went to the Farina style models. |

This is actually an A50-based 10cwt pickup. The A60 nzcarnerd mentions had a slightly different grille, shallower and IIRC incorporating the indicators. |

We've identified this vehicle using the details you provided FORD ZEPHYR V4 1962 Registration number: XAS 546 Body type: Saloon Colour: Blue Date of first registration: October 1962 XAS 545 was a black Citroen registered in July 58, but XAS was a DVLA re-reg series, so useless for accurate dating. |
