I would say it's a 1972+ Granada Coupé MkI. |

?? I'm really surprised to read your comment, Rpcm... The Granadas had much longer rear side windows, even the Mk.I with their coke-bottle rear fender. |

I admit that there can be a ratio problem and thus affect the perception of the details of this car, but actually the main problem is the shape of the rear side window. I suggest you to compare the shape of this car's rear side window with a Taunus Coupé one. It doesn't seem, indeed, to be as large as a Granada one, but its shape doesn't also seem to be the Taunus one. |

Cf these pics: a Taunus, a Consul (same shape as the early Granadas) 'Coke-bottle' and a later Granada http://www.delest.nl/media/img/DCP_0655.JPG Link to "bp3.blogger.com" Link to "en.wikipedia.org" |

I see this winodw like that: - identical with this one - /vehicle_192850-Ford-Taunus-Coupe-TC1-1971.html It is not the ratio, but the black roof and the fact that pic is a bit blurry change the shape of the car. -- Last edit: 2008-10-08 17:04:26 |

You're right, it's a Taunus. My mistake. I agree that the vinyl roof can have changed the perception of the rear side window shape |
