The nearest I can come by here by the shape of the radiator cowl is a ca 1921 Gramm-Bernstein ( The Gramm-Bernstein Motor Truck Company , Lima,Ohio ) 2 1/2 ton (5000 pounds) model 25 .The heavy duty units of 5000 ( model 25), 7000 (model 35) and 10000 ( model 50) still had the plain rubber tires.

I was thinking Fageol for some reason.

Here's a 1919 Fageol for reference. It looks similar.

I just found somebody auctioning off a brochure for a 1920 Gramm-Bernstein truck on eBay.
Link to "cgi.ebay.com"

I also found this on the '21;

I think it looks much more like the Fageol.

All Gramm-Bernstein trucks I've seen look different than this one. But these old trucks are very hard to identify properly. There were well over 100 manufacturers of trucks back then. Heavy-duty trucks usually looked completely different to 1-ton and 2-ton models. So one manufacturer could have had several design styles for different payloads. I agree that this truck is a Fageol. You can see the Fageol sign on the radiator if you look close enough (compare to a picture I posted).

For the last few weeks I have been collecting a database of vintage trucks. I hope someday it will be useful for identifying some of the unknown vintage trucks we have here.

I'm glad you're collecting more old truck data Raul. I should do it more often. The point I was trying to make, was that those links to the Gramm-Bernstein trucks, as well as your pic convince me much more that this is a Fageol. So now you've got three people who think it is.

Damn. I forgot that we already have one similar truck in our database:

So let's name this also as Fageol 2 1/2-Ton

The truck in the movie "The Strong Man" is probably from the early 20's say 21 or 22, where the other picture from "For Heavens Sake" is more likely a 1918-1920 model In both cases, my speculation is that the are both 3 1/2 ton models as that is was what was made in that time frame.
