I don't think it's a Buick at all, I think it's a 51 Dodge like this one http://www.cars-on-line.com/35610.html -- Last edit: 2008-07-16 23:39:54 |

I do not know why I thought that it was written "Buick" on the front, but on the other hand a Buick wagon of that era seemed quite strange to me. |

If it is a '51, would it then be a Coronet Sierra Estate Wagon model D-42 like in the center of this catalogue page? http://www.cadvision.com/blanchas/ID-Cars/DodgeModels3.html |

Right. Until '53, only the Coronet was offered as a wagon. The Kingsway was the export version. -- Last edit: 2008-07-17 03:55:24 |

1951-1952 Dodge Coronet Sierra 4-door Metal Station Wagon ( D-42).Externally 1951 and 1952 models were similar one of the only differences being the hubcaps with red centers in '51 and Dodge script in 1952,but hubcaps are not visible here. |
