I'm not sure that you are, ccf. I don't remember this series of Rover 800 being sold in the UK as Sterling; IIRC the previous series was, but only (unsuccessfully) in the USA.

I've seen plenty of 800 Police cars with alloys
Those wheel trims are Si spec
