V12 badge on rear pillar = S600. Although given the year of this film this could be a 600 SEL rather than an S600. -- Last edit: 2008-04-07 20:03:37 |

The Mercedes nomenclature change was in 1994 (the S-Class was also facelifted this year), The Usual Suspect debuted at the Sundance Film Festival in January 1995, so it would have been filmed in 1994. But then they redesign the rear indictators on the S-Class during the facelift, so someone may be able to tell by looking at the image. |

definitely pre-1995, as the taillights suggest that it is a 1992-1994, since the taillights are 1st generation |

Yep. Definitely a 600SEL 1992-1994. In 1995 there was a new S600 with orange taillights. -- Last edit: 2010-12-18 16:07:54 |
