That's actually a pickup-based cab & chassis. From what little I can see, this looks like a 1968-72 Chevrolet C-Series(probably C-20 or C-30). |

The C-30 had dual rear-wheels, I think. And this looks a little big to be a C-10, so probably a C-20. |
