Looks like a VTR or a VTS model |

Yes, and a not very old one (at most 2 years old), which is strange for such crash scene, as they usually use old or more common cars. -- Last edit: 2007-02-19 00:02:54 |

It's still a fairly cheap car. |

VTS rather. The VTR name was in use mainly in Britain. |

Indeed. I just mentioned it there, in the page of the other 406, but it was not especially easy to find: /vehicle_3103-Peugeot-406-1996.html |

The Citroen Saxo is my favorite car. It's the car of my dreams. |

Better look for another, this one's not in great condition |

If you want to have one, better hurry on. They are so worthless, that the sellers don't let their advertises infinitely in the lists Link to "suchen.mobile.de" If noone reacts, they bring them to the crusher. |

I doubt he can get one very easily in the US. |

I doubt that, too. So he has to arrange an import from Europe. Yes, I know, that it's not really easy, if the cars to too young. Otherwise: they are so cheap, that for a few bucks he can fill up a large 40ft-container with cars and parts, so that he will have enough stuff for the next decades. On the other hand again it's not expectable, that the value will be highe, when the Saxo will reach the classic age. For that it's too dull, face- and reputation-less. Totally different than its ancestor 2CV. Very Saxo will be hard to obtain - because noone take care of it and keep it for the future as a classic. |
