With the limited views posted I'm afraid I cannot say anything about it for sure. There were 5 different models: Royal, Windsor, Saratoga, New Yorker and Crown Imperial.
Wheelbase, nameplates and interior are the best bets for identification. I'm guessing a Six (Royal/Windsor) based on the general details.
Wheeltrims also, but less reliable as time passes. 1996 was a long time ago, so it may not be easy to track down the vehicle in question, especially given its scruffy condition.
On the other hand, there may not be many 1946-48 Chryslers left in Argentina (where this was filmed).
Our best bet would be additional screencaps of this one, or if an identical Chrysler was used in another production of the time, offering better views.
