Cavalier wagon, or another J-body

It's a J-body, alright. I keep thinking it might be a Pontiac for some reason.

Sunbirds had peculiar nose treatment, but is it one like that? http://www.zenzibar.com/artcars/before.jpg

Yes, but from some angles this looks like it has that nose treatment.

Sunbird's fenders' front ends slope backward - this one looks like they end straight with a tendency to slope the other way, so I believe it is a standfard J-body nose:

Would the wheels be any clue?

From the side doesn't identify which J-body it is. Have to see front or back.

Not really - we already know it's not a Sunbird/J2000, so it could be a Cavalier, Firenza or Skyhawk.

Skyhawk wagon apparently also had this "peculiar nose treatment":

Oldsmobiles of that era, including Firenza, had wraparound turn signals:

So, that leaves us with the Cavalier

Aah, exactly such a Cavalier like in Bravada's last pic I drove at my "autodriveaway"-tour across the USA in 1993. I had it on the last way from Saint Paul to Philadelphia. It was a lame, crippled vehicle. After 300 km full speed (not even 150 km/h it reached, what a loke) across Wisconsin all lamps in the dashboard "check engine" etc. were flashing.

When I reached Philadelphia the whole oil was gone. Notally nervous with a flashing oil-lamp I cruised around in the town on the search for a gas station. I was not nervous about the car, the reason was, that I took the wrong exit and was landed in the roughest slum-area. Fortunately I found a car-parts-shop (totally armoured with big iron-bars in front of doors and windows), where I got the oil (I took extra thick one) and the happiness was bigger, when I reached a more civilizated part of the town. The next day I was leaving home, so I didn't get any notice by autodriveaway, if the Cavalier has survived.
