This bus is supposed to go to Monzennakacho, so I'm guessing the staffs at Sunrise meant this as the 海01 or 門19 route of the Toei Bus.

 Appears again in Episode 12... Presumably recycling the animation as well since after this shot the screen cuts to a near-identical scene, minus more people boarding the bus.
