plymubishi ◊ 2007-11-21 01:21	i think its actually plymouth laser-not chrysler, why they carried the name over the the dsm version. looks a little plain with its hubcap-less steel wheels so i would say which ever one was the cheaper model

Bravada ◊ 2007-11-21 07:41	I don't think the Daytona was EVER sold as a Plymouth, "Plymouth Laser" was a nameplate created for the Diamond-Star-built Eclipse clone (twin of the Eagle Talon). The 1984-1986 Daytonas and (Chrysler) Lasers in question are virtually identical and I am not sure how to tell one from the other, but the car here bears a striking resemblance to the Wikipedia Chrysler Laser pic: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Chrysler-Laser.jpg
Skid ◊ 2007-11-21 07:50	There were no G-body Plymouth sports cars, although the Plymouth Duster and Plymouth Turismo (based on the smaller L-body) looked very similar, at least from the front.
