Looks like a full-sized Pontiac of some sort, mid to late '60s. '66s have a very similar shaped body. On an off-note, the car appears to be wearing a very nice set of vintage Torque Thrust wheels. |

As I suppose that it is for the car in foreground, it is indeed not a convertible, but a coupe with a roof of another color. -- Last edit: 2007-10-08 18:09:58 |

Certainly mid-'60s GM, I would suggest 1967 Chevrolet Caprice two door hardtop. The car is minus its rocker panel mouldings and has what appear to be fake louvres just ahead of the rear wheels. |

It could be 1967 Impala 2 door coupe. The coke rear fender style does fit into this profile. It does have the optional vinyl rooftop. It also have aftermarket wheels on it. It could be even the Super Sport model as well. It is the last year that Chevrolet offer Impala Super Sport model in 1967 model year. Can anybody else can confirm this? |

http://memturbo.com/pontiac/1969_pontiac_sales_brochure.htm BTW, the origin is Canada, not US! Canadian Pontiacs were exported in many countries back then instead of the better known US models. -- Last edit: 2007-10-10 02:13:18 |

I don't see federally mandate side marker on the rear of the fender.... |

After looking at the other cars listed at this movie, I would agreed it could be an export model. |

If you look closely, you should see it. They are rather small on 1969 Pontiacs. It's located near the highest part of the rear bumper. See the link I posted above for a clearer view. |

Well boys its not a 1969 canadian parisenne 2+2. It is a 1969 Canadian Parisenne. The 1969 & 1970 2+2 was just that, it had its own label. They dropped the Pontiac Parisenne Custom Sport in 67 and added the 2+2 label. When they made the Grande Parisenne in 1969 & 1970 the 2+2 had its own label. I do have a 2+2 and its 1 of only 7 totaly ORIGNIAL 427 4 speeds left in the country. By the way the Canadian cars where so much better. |

Your right about the 1969-70 models not being called Parisienne, however, this one is a 1969 Pontiac 2+2, look at the louvers on the rear quarters... |
