I'm thinking a Flxible. They had a strong resemblance to the GM New Look fishbowls, but more boxier like this one is.

I've done research on this bus. Here's what I've found so far:

The name of this model is commonly known to the Mexicans as "Vitrina" (with quotation marks). These buses were produced with a chassis either made by Dodge, Ford, or GMC.

After zooming in one of the posted shots to see the white letters and the spacing between them on the front of the bus, I believe this is a GMC "Vitrina".
