The movie might be shot in France ? as it was a Franco/italian production. The radiator grill shows an inscription on the left which remind some SAURER. SAURER was very frequent in France in the middle of 20th century, as lorries and coach bases. The french SAURER subsidiary was sold to UNIC in the late 50's. |

I think it is Berna See the link. Took that picture of Berna in Hamburg, Germany. http://img431.imageshack.us/my.php?image=hpim08502os.jpg -- Last edit: 2006-05-01 18:12:57 |

The fact that the grill inscription in at the left side puzzles me the most, but still my best guess would be a Saurer L4C |

^I wonder if the picture is reversed for some reason, and the writing added later. -- Last edit: 2022-07-31 08:48:25 |

Steering wheel is visible on the right side. The number plate is not mirrored. They may have physically altered the grill inscription to disguise the location. |
