Haah, annother great license-plate! Thanks from a collector! In Germany "Knudsen" is the nickname for this Ford, because it's nose was designed personally by the former Ford-Boss -his name was Knudsen- of that time. We also say "Adenauer"-Benz to the Mercedes 300-Limousine of the 50ies, because our first chancellor had that one in use. "Knudsen", "Adenauer" are well known nicknames like "Pagode" (Mercedes W 113) or "Nasenbär" (coato-mundi) for a VW 411 or "Schneewittchensarg" ("Snow White's coffin") for a Volvo 1800 ES -- Last edit: 2007-07-27 21:36:18 |
