Looks to me like a 1931 Cadillac Series 370A V-12 sedan or limousine for 5 or 7 passengers (95% sure). The distinguishing mark of Cadillac's V-12 models that year was the single "spear" molding running the full width of the body sill, interrupted in the center only by the round running board lamp.
