Has the new rear sheetmetal like the 40' and has the vertical trunk handle but still has teardrop taillights. 38' coupes had the old 37' rear sheetmetal with a horizontal "T" trunk handle. 38' sedans had the new rear sheetmetal like the 39's and 40's.
