I'm sure this isn't an EMW, and one of the reasons is that it doesn't have a split winscreen, but I can't tell what it is. |

I don't understand this. I keep looking at various models of the Skoda https://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/SKODA%201946.html (1946), https://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/SKODA%201947.html (1947), https://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/SKODA%201948.html (1948), https://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/SKODA%201949.html (1949), https://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/SKODA%201950.html (1950), https://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/SKODA%201951.html (1951) and https://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/SKODA%201952.html (1952). Is it just me(?), but I cannot understand the grille. To me it looks more like a 1957 DKW 3=6 pattern https://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/DKW%201957.html . The most of the other shapes of the Skoda almost match, but not the grille. Were there other, local or export, models that had another grille? |
