It's a 1952 Pontiac Chieftain DeLuxe (or Super) Catalina Hardtop Coupe. The ply in the front fender is typical for early 50s GM cars, The bumper and the chrome side part of the grille are from a Pontiac before 1953, The double spear (at least just behind the front wheel arch also help to identify a 1952 Pontiac, and the roof is too smooth to be a ragtop.
