Curiously, this one has different grille. Chance that this might be 1975 Chevrolet Bel Air 1974 Chevrolet Caprice Classic: Link to "www.oldcarbrochures.com" 1975 Chevrolet Impala: Link to "www.oldcarbrochures.com" 1975 Chevrolet Bel Air: Link to "www.oldcarbrochures.com" |

Private buyers could buy them, they just weren't too popular with anyone but fleet buyers.....and people on a tight budget? (Read: 'Cheap') US Army (Only!) even bought them in '73,oddly enough they were almost all used as Military Police or C.I.D. units?? (C.I.D.= Criminal Investigation Division. Army's version of Navy's NCIC.) |

Looks more like the 12-slot grille of the 1974 Caprice Classic than the 8-slot grille of the 1975 Bel Air to me, however a clear view of the grille would be much desired. |

Turns out, a 1975 Bel Air after all - I stand corrected. Thanks for the extra thumb, Dmitry |
