The grilles on top of the front fenders indicate the 1961 model.

Does this scene take place in the US? If so then this is a strange version because DS convertibles for the American market didn't have the boomerang-shaped indicatorlights, on this picture visible directly under the rear end of the folded-down roof. Instead, US-market DS Convertibles had the indicatorlights integrated in the rear light unit.

The IMDB lists Bermuda as a filming location.

Hmmm... I don't have any info on Bermudan DS'ses... maybe the boomerang shaped indicator light is better known overthere as 'Bermudan Triangle' :)

This was before the days of CGI, so car must have been in Bermuda, or maybe Bahamas - see the white roof house in the distance. Maybe they used stunt doubles for the long shots, and rear projection for the back view behind Grant and Day in studio close-ups driving in the car. Not typical, as another poster has mentioned, the DS19 would not be allowed for general public use. Only the governor's car, Armstrong Siddeley limo is bigger. Whoops, just noticed it is driving on the "wrong" side of the road - Bermuda still drives "British" even though some imported car could be "right-hand" drive. Actually Citroens, Peugeots, Fiats, etc., built for export to "British" countries have the controls changed. So econos like the Mini and Yaris have the speedometer in the middle, to accommodate either way.

2x DS19 Décapotable were apparently specially imported for the film onboard an Air France's Constellation > https://aviatechno.net/constellation/suivi_matricule.php?mat=f-bgnc
