Wasn't sure if Simple Truck or Ground Conveyor was correct for this one? |

I think we usually do ground conveyor for airport stuff. FYR 577C = Greater London (North West), Oct-Dec 1965. |

So how to list, several sources say "Dennis Mercury", but should that be the brand or "Dennis" as brand and "Mercury" as model? Or "Mercury by Dennis"? Or just "Mercury Truck and Tractor"? from Google Books: ![]() and: http://www.autotruck.org/mercurytrucks.htm |

Mercury by Dennis isn't it same as Dacia by Renault ? in the brochure it's clearly Mercury on the vehicle -- Last edit: 2018-06-25 22:15:22 |

But 1965 would put it during the Dennis ownership of Mercury (1964-1972) |

Well I guess the ghost admin made a decision w/o comment |

Mercury by Dennis would give us a new make, and maybe one which would get lost. My guess is Mercury Truck & Tractor is best option, and reading mike's linked adverts above, MD 300 of the three model names. |

I'm not very ghostly, just a slow writer .... |

Now I've seen the other comments maybe Dennis as make, Mercury MD 300 as model would work?? |

It's a tossup. The ads still list Mercury T&T. |
◊ 2018-06-25 22:39 |
OK - let's stick with Mercury T&T so we've got these airport tugs in the same place. |

Still less confusing than Buick Opel by Isuzu |
