I believe that Sykes' car is a cross between a late-1970s Lincoln Continental 2-door and a mid-1980s Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 2-door. |

Sykes' car is a 1977 Lincoln Continental Mark V. Theres no Cadillac in it whatsoever. |

Don't forget Fagin's trike, a 1970 Piaggio Vespa.**** And the truck where Oliver sleeps in the tire is probably a Mitsubishi Fuso.** A mixer where Dodger sings must be an International Harvester **. -- Last edit: 2012-04-10 10:30:29 |

After seeing this mentioned in an episode of the Nostalgia Critic, I watched a Youtube video from this film on featuring Sykes and his car: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJlKtWpa6MY As a matter of fact it is a reasonably faithful rendition of a late 70s Lincoln coupe, if maybe not absolutely 100% in every detail. Never saw this one as a kid but it does seem interestingly dark in places for a Disney film (they don't usually do urban environments). The reveal of this gangster villain in his huge car is good. -- Last edit: 2012-10-03 00:19:26 |

Yup, Lincoln Continental Mark V with a 1980's Cadillac interior. -- Last edit: 2012-10-03 00:20:29 (G-MANN) |

So, the car is a "CaddyLinc". Pete drives the same car in "Goof Troop". |

You are 100% correct. It's just a 1977 Lincoln Continental Mark V. It's not a CaddyLinc at all. Granted, almost the whole internet said that. Even my Family agrees with me. I don't know why it Got put in the comments anyway. |

well, on the interior the door handles are the cadillac style chrome handle that flips up, as opposed to the lincoln style leather grip. otherwise the exterior is all continental, no cadillac whatsoever |

sykes's car scared the piss out of me when I was little. then my grandma had a white town coupe and it scared me too cause of this movie. doesn't scare me now, in fact, I drive it. those big old lincolns are pretty intimidating in dark colors, especially with the headlight covers that kind of add a dramatic effect |
