BFI/COI Collection Vol 5: Portrait of a People 2-DVD set. And many clips reused in other things, although I haven't spotted any vehicle overlaps so far.

who asks lots of people about living in London and generally makes not-as-funny-as-he-thinks-they-are comments about quaint Englishisms. But he has a funny conversation with Harry Secombe at one point, who describes Bolton as a mining town :??: , but apparently it's true.
