IMPDb A bunch of bikes Note: there are more background cars, but most of them were blurred due to fast-forwarding used in some scenes. There were no rare cars in these scenes, fortunately. |

Why do the swedish vehicles have the old licensplates? The change over to the new system was in 1973 and this movie is from 1975? Was the movie filmed over a period of years? |

Indeed, I thought it was strange too. The only vehicle with a new plate I could find was the Volvo 164, but it changed to an old one in a later scene. Here you can see the new plate: /vehicle_494921-Opel-Rekord-1972.html Your explanation sounds very reasonable. The director was very into this movie, so it wouldn't surprise me if they spent a year or two completing the shooting. -- Last edit: 2012-04-19 12:23:14 |

Njet. I was a bit disappointed with the car selection too. Probably wouldn't have been if the whole movie was set and filmed in Norway. |
