A bit silly really with a dodgy superhero operating out of what looks like a reject Thunderbirds set - the description in the DVD booklet just says "a little girl is scolded by the main in green tights." imdb and DVD say 1973, but there's an Oct 75+ Marina 2 ... so entering as 1976
