Goodyear blimp GZ-19 Mayflower (N4A)...

the 'austin/morris' saloon looks more like a Vauxhall Wyvern/Velox [E] to me at least for the rear part thats visible.

It is a Republic RC-3-1 'Seabee' [s/n 471] (1947).
It still exists and is today registered as N295CW.

A similar Republic RC-3 [s/n 105] (1946) was used and destroyed in the James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun.

There is another 1965 film showing a seaplane of comparable design:
