Filmed on the legendary "Nordumgehung" in Bad Oeynhausen where some part of Alarm für Cobra 11 was also filmed. Also filmed in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf and more. The "Nordumgehung" is famous because they try to build this thing since 50 years (anniversary in 2017) and all they have to do is blowing it up for the movie.  Pictures are from official trailer. I'm searching for years for any information when and where you can watch it, but I don't find anything yet. It's a shame!  But I watched the docu/making of twice or three times. |

This link shows an email from director Axel Sand, sent last September. It seems this movie didn't get released in China due to political reasons. One could apparently hope for a Netflix or Amazon release soon. ETA 2022-02-20: Link to "inf.news" And now we get Chinese websites saying this movie will never be released. Has this ever happened before (or since)? A movie like this, that clearly had a lot of money put into it, tons of expensive stunts, and all that... it was finished... and then it just NEVER gets a wide release? Like... for years, I've been trying to wrap my head around that. It's a bummer that so many of Action Concept's feature-length productions are lost. Anyone on here who's come across Der Träumer & das wilde Mädchen (1999), Der Superbulle & die Halbstarken (2000), Maximum Speed (2002), and especially THIS? You mean Batgirl. That's true, but I don't think that one was finished? And even if it was, Batgirl never got released at all. Out of Control, however, was shown at a festival.
