I wonder where some of these scenes were filmed? The Skoda is probably not in the USSR as the two-stroke stuff from Czechoslovakia, Romania, Poland and East Germany was pretty uncommon there.
The Fiat 600 seems to have an old black-and-white Italian plate. As for the 124, I originally wasn't going to add it, but it seems lucky I did.

Soviet films used stock footage of foreign countries interchangeably, just as they used foreign cars. As long as it was foreign, it was good enough.

In my opinion, it isn't. Looks much shorter than regular Italian number plates. (Or the picture quality is too much distorted...)
