The cars were taking off from a crawl so there's not much motion blur but later frames have more blur. And that is what I thought about some of these cars and why I am so hesitant about making any changes to pics from trailers.

That also sounds like the plot of every racing movie; Days of Thunder, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, maybe one of The Fast and the Furious movies.
