One of those difficult questions. At overview level it's generally likely as both ZA and CDN shared British Commonwealth membership and ability to trade tariff-free, so advantages in CDN supply over US sourcing. Same scenario applies for Australia, HK, NZ etc. But it only works if that make/model was built in CDN, and it gets muddy if there was some assembly in ZA (or Aus or wherever) or sometimes Aus supplied ZA (or vice versa) - it can get very messy trying to untangle all the links. |
