Interesting, 1934 French streamlined, steam locomotive 221.A 1134 owned by the Paris-Lyon-Mediterranée company(P.L.M.). I think there was only one unit of this type (at least one with the streamlined casing):

It is visible during the scenes, which show the main character's travel through the Europe (I've pasted two frames together).
