No location information in the IMDB, but actor Jang Lee Hwang is Korean and there are quite a few Korean names in the cast and crew (Kim, Choi, Shin). These names and the presence of a Hyundai Pony and a Ford Cortina (which was assembled in South Korea by Hyundai) suggest that the film was made in South Korea. -- Last edit: 2009-04-28 02:39:27 |

This film is pretty much two films stuck together - all of the non-ninja scenes are taken from the 1984 South Korean film "The Uninvited Guest of the Star Ferry" (Seutaperi-ui bulcheonggaek), which also means pretty much all the car scenes. There's a few scenes with a Saehan Gemini and some other Korean cars, I'll try and upload them. -- Last edit: 2013-02-13 00:34:46 |

Thanks for that. From comments on a ninja film blog: http://ninjadixon.blogspot.co.uk/2011/02/ninja-terminator-1985.html P.S. IMDB link for the original Korean film: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0341589/combined -- Last edit: 2013-02-13 01:16:47 |

The Galant is the only car not taken from the original Korean film "The Uninvited Guest of the Star Ferry", so we could copy the other entries and add it to the database. |
