Made in Uganda in 2010 on a budget of under $200. No, I didn't leave any zeros out.
This movie also has a staggeringly high score on imdb of 8.2. Mad Max has a score of 8.1

I have not seen the movie but I will watch it soon.

Uganda has Wakaliwood which was formed by Nabwana Isaac in his slums at Wakaliga under the studio name of Ramon Films Production in 2010 with their first action film, Who Killed Captain Alex? with a budget under 200$ :)

That's because this movie is made with passion, not money. :) Those Ugandans (Wakaligans) are working hard to make their first feature-length acion movies, and this movie is their outcome. :D
