This is genuinely a good movie. I was expecting much worse. The only complaint I have is why is it called Twisters when the only thing that connects it to the 1996 movie is Dorothy and one returning actor in a cameo. It's an absolutely solid movie but they could have called it literally anything else. |

Pecos Hank could have made an appearance. For anyone who didn't realize the last scenes in the movie are set in El Reno which had the biggest tornado ever recorded in 2013. I think the best part of the movie is how the dually truck is overturned and then in the next scene it's in running condition at the airport. This truck that just went through a possible F5 tornado. |
