 I haven't seen Hook in years, but when I was watching it I was sure that the street outside the house was a studio set. Sure the Ford Transit is a real European model for once and current at the time of filming, but if they were filming in the UK they surely would have used a real ambulance rather than dressing up a minibus.

Probably just the shot with the Fiesta. At the end Robin Williams jumps over a brick wall behind his house and it wobbles (just like in classic Doctor Who) :D
