 Period police/govt. training film, featuring some nice old Detroit iron action and a rare US-spec R17. Semi-dramatized kidnap/assassination ploys (no dialogue, just narration), averted by demolition derby like crashing techniques. Very informative and a fair amount of cars are crashed. Figured it was worth listing for the original car action footage and seemingly relatively high production value for the time.

That must be made around 1975 model year due to catalytic converter installed.
