Footage from the USSR. Except the uniform also indentifyable by the Pepsi-sign in the background. The USSR was Pepsi-country, Coca-Cola wasn't active there.

 Filmed where? Obviously partly in the USSR and the DDR with footage from West Berlin. The Western cars in the DDR-scenes were surely brought by the makers.

When i saw early 90's pepsi commercial on youtube, like "now Pepsi even in Moscow" i think WTF it was years before bloody 90's.

 No, Pepsi came earlier to the USSR, IIRC in the mid or late 70ies.

I'd say its rather typical. In "TASS upolnomochen..", "Dvoynoy obgon" and many others alot of synthesizer music.
