I remember these pinball machines days before the coin operated video game player in the 1980s :D

I haven't played an actual pinball machine but I have the three pinball games that were made for the Atari 2600. Midnight Magic is my favorite,

At least the pinball machines from the 1960s are coin operated as well, you just don't need that many coins. :D (Probably even earlier ones, but I don't know when that started.) Friends of mine collect these machines, most of them manufactured by Bally or Williams, so I get to see these things on a regular basis.

Our local coffee bar - two pinball machines, Bally I think, a Bal-Ami juke box, and, of course, a Gaggia coffee machine.

The juke box and the pinball machines took sixpences.
