I remember very well (and I checked right now watchi the movie) a pair pf nice and rare DKW F12 (a red with white roof one and a solid white one) at the beginning and later durind the scenes with the view of the cars loaded in the ship, mainly Mercedes 190/200 W110 and 220S/230S W111. Since they are rare why not to try to find and show one of them ? |

This scene /vehicle_195253-REO-Comet.html was filmed in the USA. Despite I'm not sure, if REO-trucks were exported to Europe (o.k., in Sweden you had alwasys more American vehicles than in other countries here), the loaded Benzes were US-spec. This movie was running this evening. Not bad, good for the pastime with good food and a good wine. Some details smell like /movie_53125-North-by-Northwest.html |

P.S. In one of the -as usually- badly faked taxi-scene, there's an Austin A40 visible in the faked view through the faked back window. |

The car they're using for the process shots is a 1960 Ford Fairlane sedan, per the rear window shape and instrument cluster (which has a piece of black tape over the "FORD" letters). |
