 The filming locations on IMDB are Cape Town, South Africa; Brooklyn, NY; and London, England.

 They filmed for one day in New York. From an interview with the writer:
Quote The story takes place in New York and Miami and Alabama and San Diego. In order to achieve all of those places in one place, most of the film was made in South Africa. However, the director Owen Harris and his team did an extraordinary hit-and-run visit to New York where I think they shot for about 20 hours straight to get as much out of one day as they could.

The only bits filmed in the UK are backgrounds for car scenes. The New York street scenes are a mixture of Cape Town and real New York locations. Everything else is South Africa.
