Nice and interesting film about the post-war youth of the 40's , eager of freedom, fun and jazz music ...mythological era of the exitenstialist du Paris de Saint-Germain des près...though most of pictures are in the closer Saint-Michel aera.

Pretty Nicole Courcel ;)

sixcyl wrote with a 3[*] nice Junkers Ju-52

I know Air France used them after the war, but I'd have thought a Tante Ju would have unpleasant associations for a Frenchman ... the Portuguese air force were using them for paratroop training in 1970; it's the only time I remember seeing a Ju52.

The Ju-52 was even produced in France during the war, for the needs of Luftwaffe, and few hundreds were produced after the war for Armée de l'Air and Aéronavale as AAC Toucan. These Toucans were operated by the french armies till the early 60's.
