Very predictable fluffy film, rescued to some extent by Sheila Hancock in lead role and the scenery. Not as good as Sheila's other film where she plays a cranky old biddy on a final pilgrimage to very remote bits of Northern Scotland- the excellent Hold Back the Night - but it ticks lots of Sunday-night-on the-sofa-with-a-mug-of-cocoa boxes and my sister thought it was wonderful. Filmed mainly on Suilven itself and nearby in Lochinver; early part in London and there's a brief bit in Inverness.
